Once you’ve selected your service, schedule your appointment online with the stylist you prefer.
Each stylist manages their own schedule.

Before your first visit, please complete our client intake form so we can learn more about your hair history and goals.

Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and to ensure we can begin your service on schedule.

Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation where we will discuss your hair history, current routine, and long-term hair goals.
From there, we will create a personalized plan designed to achieve results that not only look beautiful on the day of your appointment but also grow out naturally and fit into your lifestyle.
Our goal is for every guest to feel relaxed, confident, and cared for throughout their visit
Consultations
Some services may require a consultation prior to booking, especially for major color changes, blonding transformations, or extensions.
Consultations allow us to evaluate your hair, discuss your goals, and create a customized service plan.
Parking & Entrance
Parking is available at the Elite Salon Suites building.
When you enter the parking lot, continue straight ahead toward the main entrance. If parking near the front entrance is full, additional parking is available around the back of the building.
Once inside Elite Salon Suites, we will meet you and guide you to the salon
Salon Policies
At Higby Hair Co., each stylist manages their own appointments and services. Because of this, policies may vary depending on who you book with.
Please review the policies for the stylist you are scheduling with prior to your appointment.
