At Higby Hair Co., our goal is to create a relaxing and welcoming environment where every guest can enjoy a calm, personalized salon experience. Each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to allow your stylist the time and attention needed to provide high-quality service without feeling rushed.
To help maintain this atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that clients follow the guidelines below during their visit. We appreciate your understanding as we work to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Appointment Guests
Due to the limited space within the salon suites and to ensure a calm atmosphere for all clients, we kindly ask that guests attend their appointment alone whenever possible.
If you need to bring someone with you, please notify us ahead of time so we can accommodate if space allows.
Children in the Salon
For safety reasons, children who are not receiving a service should not accompany guests to appointments. Our salon environment includes professional tools, chemicals, and equipment that may not be safe for unattended children.
Phone Use
We ask that phone calls and speakerphone conversations be kept to a minimum during appointments to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients.
